Laal Singh Chaddha: Aamir Khan And Kareena Kapoor Khan Starrer Postponed To 2021-Reports

Months before the lockdown was announced, the shooting for Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s film Laal Singh Chaddha commenced. After the release of the motion poster from the film, Aamir Khan and Kareena’s pictures from the sets of the film in Chandigarh left fans in a frenzy. As fans have been eagerly waiting for the film to release, amidst the Coronavirus outbreak, according to reports, the Aamir and Kareena starrer Laal Singh Chaddha has been postponed to release in 2021.
Speaking with Pinkvilla.com, Laal Singh Chaddha writer Atul Kulkarni hinted at the film release date getting slightly delayed. As Aamir’s film was scheduled to hit theatres during the Christmas weekend, on December 25, 2020, the movie might not stick to its release date. Kulkarni revealed that he thinks Laal Singh Chhadha would release next year and said, “Laal Singh, I think, would release next year now. We were supposed to release in December.”
As writer Atul Kulkarni hinted at the film release date being postponed to 2021, last month, according to reports, Aamir Khan along with the cast and crew of the film were forced to stall the Punjab schedule due to the COVID-19 outbreak in India. With the given condition in the country, although the makers have not announced anything as of yet, due to the industry being closed down to the extended lockdown might push the release dates of many films.
Meanwhile, the film Laal Singh Chaddha is a Hindi adaptation of the American Tom Hanks film The Forrest Gump that also stars Mona Singh and Vijay Sethupathi apart from Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
